This recipe thread is pretty darned long itself now, but I was talking about this granola in the declutter thread and thought this would be a good place to post the whole thing.
I mix all of the dry stuff in a large bowl (except the raisins) then put the oil and honey in a separate bowl and whisk it to emulsify the two, and stir it all into the dry. I line a large steep-sided baking sheet with parchment paper (lots of overlap on the sides so I can fold and staple corners to contain it better) and heat the oven to 300o. It bakes for up to an hour, and I turn the contents of the sheet every 20 minutes. When it comes out of the oven then I sprinkle the raisins over and they soften a little with the warmth. I freeze most of it and decant it into a sealed bin. This is my crunchy topping for a bowl of fruit and plain yogurt (sweetened with a few monkfruit drops).
