Sounds yum!

I can chew again but kinda fell in love with a lot of the soft veg I was eating while recovering from having my wisdom teeth out - like piperade, or if made with a ton of paprika, lecsó, same idea. Easily made in microwave. Bowl with peppers onions cherry tomatoes zucchini, olive oil, toss, add herbs you like, and if making lecsó more paprika than you'd think, lid, nuke til the tomatoes explode, stir, possible cook some more. Oh, yeah, a little salt on the onions.

I also made ganache so I could have soft chocolate every night. That was brilliant.
