I have been listening to a compilation I made of all of the SONGS from all of my Ossian CDs (I'm a singer and don't really play tunes, and wanted the songs all in one place) and was struck by this one from my most recent CD purchase, which I hadn't really listened to.

Went to look for the words on line and ended up here on Mudcat (duh!).

If I had just gone back to the original CD I would have seen the words. But now others can also benefit from your kindness.

I love his version. I am pleased also to know that he wrote the tune and added these additional words.

The Mainly Norfolk people don't seem to be aware of it, which is too bad.
