Thanks for helping me get started... here's what I hear on the first video. I'll advertise myself that I'm not British and can have some trouble with the accents (and especially the dialect!) but it's a start.

BROWN BREAD

Oh I'm going home to my parents tonight
Where the turf fire burns bright on the craig(?)
And the smell of brown bread and the hens when they're fed

To Nottscroft School we did go
