thats why the BBC need to EXPLAIN what's going on, but are totally failing to do so.
   Listeners outside UK do not have the option of paying to listen- some would be willing I'm sure.
   BBC TV will be available but the days of 'Hootenanny' with Archie Fisher & the Spinners are long gone
