Culture is random. We as a species are becoming more monocultural compared to ancient humans. That creates an obstacle or weakness for evolution. If you are a nerd, you might see that Trump is trying to create an autopoietic nation. He won't know what that means, but it takes an entire planet system in turmoil to create life, not a single locale. I don't think he knows much beyond making a quick buck by deception.
