I think the documentary might be The South Bank Show (ep73. 4-6) broadcast on 14 Dec 80 on The Passion. Can't find it anywhere. Maybe it's in an archive somewhere. It was too early to be in the batch of old SBS's that Sky Arts broadcasted.
