Unfortunately, Mueller was in his failing years. Biden did not want to make Trump a martyr, and the ex-president slipped away. Garland is less accountable than Congress, and Biden did not pursue Trump's crimes and magnify a mob's response. Biden avoided weaponizing justice and thought he would let sleeping dogs lie.
