The deportations without due process is nothing new to America.
Without any charges people have been put in Guantanamo prisons although some have been released after 14 years and on one occasion 7 years after being found not guilty because Obama did not want to appear lenient.

Now we are using El Salvador prisons, which are cheaper than Guantanamo. There is no evidence of extreme torture ther that existed in the Cuba prison.
