Trump is now trying to bash universities that won't take out DEI programs or courses. Take away their grants and federal funding (all of this is illegal impoundment of funds already granted by past administrations and funded by congress.) He's trying to shut out law firms that worked for people who he doesn't like, or who worked against him (and the foolish ones buckle - but this is one of the easiest cases for law firms to win against Trump).

Many amendments of the Constitution have been trampled by these executive orders. He's acting like a goddammed king, and too many people are letting him get away with it (we hear about corporate CEOs paying $1 million for meals at Maralago to meet with Trump to keep doing business or lift tariff effects). Congress is letting him get away with it, even though they are the ones constitutionally assigned the task of negotiating and setting tariffs.

It seems that the only thing that gives Trump pleasure and a feeling of power is making people miserable.
