"The Salvation army, Oh!" match "Captain Jinks of the Horse Marines" ?

I know that later in the 20th century "Away with Rum" / "North Atlantic
Squadron" uses the "Captain Jinks" tune.   Does the original
"Salvation Army, Oh" song ?
