Just watched as much as I could stand of the Fat, Orange, Badly-coiffed Blowhard addressing US troops in Doha. I wonder if Americans recognise the incongruity and delicious irony of a five-times draft-dodger addressing serving members of their armed forces as their Commander-in-Chief?
