Sandra, I kept family antiques for years, lugging them around, storing them at times, and at this point I don't think the kids want any of them. Maybe in the next decade or two they'll come back into fashion.
The new trimmer arrived. It has an automatic feed (instead of a button you tap on the ground) and I think one battery will be enough to trim the front or the back. I need to figure out how often to start and stop it to keep enough string advancing so there's enough to do much of a job. I have several batteries already and this is a lot easier than staging 100' of electrical cord before getting started.
