Launched at NAMM, these picks have an X hole making them so easy to grip. They are, AFAIK, a mixture of delrin and nylon and come in .50 .60 .73, etc but avoid the .50 - just way too flexible with the hole. I made that mistake!
You should find them wherever you find Jim Dunlop stuff for around £7.99 for a pack of 12.
