People who can explain medical and scientific material for the layperson are treasures, and he was one of them. Think of how different it would be in the US if someone like Mosley was the head of Health and Human Services instead of the crackpot RFK jr.. Good decisions would be made and people would understand what they were about. Mosley's on TV and the Internet (where all political appointees seem to have come from) so he could have come to the attention of the current administration; good explainers and non-medical folks who would do a much better job now would be folks like Michael Pollan and Gary Taubes. But they're too smart.

I still share Mosley's fasting video with folks who are wanting to try alternate day fasting. It was enough information to make it work without buying into plans and books and such. (I think the original UK program was called "Horizons.")
