I agree, SRS. I think he started on the Horizons programme and then there were a lot of other programmes, all interesting and informative.

The only one I didn't watch, and I regret it, is the one about the history of surgery but the opening scene was of confronting historical surgery without anaesthetics and proper hygiene practices and I wasn't in the right mood to watch that. It has never been aired again here unfortunately.

The intermittent fasting process called the 5:2 diet helped me and my Hubby to lose weight easily and quickly, without sacrificing our health in any way. (Note for anyone who might not know about it: it's called 5:2 because it only requires two non-consecutive days of reduced calories a week, and it also recommends lots of vegetables, fruits and healthy foods. Very sensible and it works without a lot of angst. It also tends to recommend not eating ultra processed foods.)

Over recent months I have seen two more TV shows featuring Michael Mosley. One was a compilation of segments from some of the last shows he had been working on, and the other was a tribute show which aired a few weeks ago.
