Christy Noem had Senator Padilla wrestled to the ground handcuffed and arrested for attempting to ask her a question at her presser.
Speaker Johnson is claiming that the Senator charged Christy Noem with the aim to harm her.
It is all on video that shows Noem was more than 50 feet away and that the senator who was on the Immigration committee was attempting to ask a question.
