Back in the tiny Tea Party days, there was a Congressman Army. At 3 AM, before the morning vote on a Big Pharma bill, he changed the language and intent of the proposed law by inserting a new paragraph in the official House bill. The 'new' bill was passed without noticing the change.
The same thing could happen to the Big Trump bill. If the Senate is unaware and they refer to prior published versions OR if they are aware and let the nefarious change stand, the big beautiful bill could turn into an enabling act that could go as far as making dictatorship permanent.
