William F Buckley is called the man who made conservatism sound smart. Nothing is further from the truth when you realize his 10-dollar words often tell of a love of racism, bigotry, and arrogance. He was the soil in which the weed of Trumpism has sprouted.

I would hope that these unempathetic rich bigots will go the way of the Neanderthals, but they have reemerged since the defeat of the 3rd Reich to make an American 4th Reich. Greed and stupidity should never be underestimated.
