Just to be clear, all modern Fylde guitars have truss rods and I suspect they’re adjustable. Even my 2009 Fylde mandolin has an adjustable rod.

I also have a suspicion that Fylde are concerned that people will fiddle with them in order to adjust an instrument’s action.
