There are a lot of different versions of this little ditty. The one I heard back in eastern Massachusetts the late 70s was this.

Over the hill come Pissball Pete,
with forty pounds of swinging meat.
Tried to stick it up Sally's ass.
Sally got smart, lit a fart,
blew Pete's balls four miles apart.
Over the hill come Pissball Pete,
with forty pounds of shredded meat.*

* a similar version used "shredded wheat"
