Short answer: no. Linux could see the data on the Windows disks, but could not run the programs, which will only run under Windows.

If you have the Windows installation disks/installer files then you could run them in a virtual Windows machine within Linux (or under 'Wine'), but that's much more complicated.

If you avoid connecting the machine to the internet then you can just continue to run Win 10 on it.
