I'm sure you've had enough of these kinds of discussions in therapy that none of it is new, but maybe one or two would be a reminder of what try (or try next.) He's a trial lawyer who discusses communicating and setting boundaries. If you can't simply walk away from her to deliver the lack of interest message, then maybe something else in there would help.
