No good me singing here then. I wrote a song about a local historical tragedy, 11 verses long ( one repeated). I thought it was a bit too long, but couldn't see what to cut. Then a couple of years ago I went to a songwriting workshop, the host used one of her songs as an example of her writing process. It was even longer than mine.
