I know a version of the song as Everything is Higher... Ray Glaser is credited with words to this famous tune. No more bubble gum chewing.    It tracks a child trying to buy something with a penny , then a nickel etc until she has nothing since everything is higher except her mother's wages. Kristin Lems heard it sung, made her arrangement and recorded it.
