2 slices brown bread* 1 scrape each of Peanut Butter and Marmite† 1 thinnish slice of cheese Butter to taste
Butter both slices (one side each). Add peanut butter to one slice, and Marmite to the other. Place cheese between slices. Fend off offended spouse, and consume sandwich. Bliss out on the taste explosion.
