The days are slouching toward winter, but in the Atlantic hurricane season is still going strong (the formal season is June 1 to Nov. 30). It sounds like Jamaica is about to be scoured down to its base volcanic rocks, Cuba after that. And with Trump in office, there will be no assistance forthcoming, or acknowledgment that climate change is making these storms worse.
