Helen, red lasoda is the name of those potatoes. They're not as waxy as Yukon gold and not fluffy with water like Russett. I grow them every year, and still have a few of this year's crop in the kitchen.

I have to dig up this year's sweet potatoes soon. I got a few already, eaten some and given more away.

I'm in the waiting area of the physical therapy clinic my ex visits twice a week, working on getting him back on his feet and driving again soon. Getting him to stay afloat.
