Today I'm stepping down a mg on the Prednisone as I continue to taper and still working on avoiding submerging myself into political topics. I use more of a hit-and-run approach now, read an article then move on, not looking at all of the articles that study the nuances of bad behavior. The stress level has reduced and needs to stay that way.
