another piece of my past is gone; I was a regular attender of Bound for Glory coffee house from where the radio show was broadcast during the three years I lived in Ithaca and any time I visited afterwards. I was aware that Phil kept the show going for many many years. As Wendy writes, in his own way Phil made a great contribution to folk music.
