Are chuggers still out there? A few years ago, it didn't seem possible to go into town without being accosted by a young person representing some good cause or other but I haven't seen any for quite a wnile. I still see smartly dressed middle-aged people in the warmth of the indoor shopping centre but they are normally trying to get me to switch energy supplier.
