Thanks Raggy ~ I think I understand your posting ~ censoring "free speech" was a means employed by many dictators in the past and so it continues it seems

Govt should be by collective measures and not by a simple Executive order or Statutory Instrument with no previous discussion and consideration of the Impact of such law before Senate or Parliament in my view

To not do so is ultra vires and therefore illegal ~ a tool of a dictator of course

Social media has few outlets to complain and is therefore all powerful
