This suggested, as a quick experiment, searching the Roud Broadside index for items from Norfolk with "Young" in the title or "Banker" in the title or first line. The first produced 32 hits, none of them it; the latter two searches produced nothing. Replacing Norfolk with Norwich didn't produce anything either. And no hits, anywhere, for "Tarrington."
None of this is surprising, and it doesn't prove anything. It just means that the broadside isn't registered under that name in the Roud Index. But it will save others the task. :-)
But it also brings us back to my earlier question: Just how much can we trust Orton's memory? Can we suggest some other words for the first line that we might try? (I tried a few variants, without luck.)
