Yesterday Gerry sang "Ngarra Burra Ferra", but only the first verse and the chorus, twice. "Ngarra Burra ferra" is a Yorta Yorta adaptation, from Aboriginal Australia, of the African American spiritual “Turn Back Pharaoh’s Army,” which is in turn an adaptation of the two Jewish praise songs—one Moses’s, one Miriam’s—recorded in Exodus 15, following the Jews’ successful escape from slavery in Egypt - note borrowed from this site.
NGARRA BURRA FERRA (Yorta Yorta)

Womriga Moses yinin walla
Walla yupna yeipuch
Nara Bura Fera yumena yalla

[Chorus]
Nara bura Fera yumena yalla yalla
Nara bura Fera yumena yalla yalla
Nara bura Fera yumena
Bura Fera yumena
Bura Fera yumena yalla yalla

Nyundo peco Jesu
Bora bocono yumena
Nara bura Fera yumena yalla
DROWN OLD PHARAOH’s ARMY

When Moses struck the waters
The waters came together
And drowned Old Pharoah's army, alleluiah

[Chorus]
Drowned Old Pharaoh’s army Alleluia
Drowned Old Pharaoh’s army Alleluia
Drowned Old Pharaoh’s army
Old Pharaoh’s army
Old Pharaoh’s army Alleluia

We’re going to sing/pray to Jesus
To bring some valiant soldiers’
To drown Old Pharaoh’s army Alleluia
