I'm relieved the funeral went well. I won't bore you with the full details of Herself's uncle's funeral, as it's Herself's saga*; suffice it that his second wife's family hijacked not only his life (and his money), but also the narrative in the eulogies. Cue much spitting of feathers.

* Herself comes from farming stock. They don't hold grudges: they tend them lovingly, and hand them down in their wills, yea, unto the Nth generation.
