In 2019 I heard on the Pine Ridge Boys history and I was so amazed of their history. Marvin tailor wrote the song You Are My Sunshine with Doug Spivvy and recorded it in 1939 long before Jimmy Davis recorded his version and sold the rights to the song. A lot of stories about say different like Amazon music say Davis and Charles Mitchell wrote it but there are no rights and wrongs about it from Joe.
