Fighting off a head cold for a couple of days, praying it will not get worse. I don't know if it's just general bugs in circulation, or if people who flew up to the northeast for the holidays brought back something exotic. Whatever it is, there's been too many people coughing their way around stores and meeting places lately. Note to self next Christmas season and post-Christmas weeks, mask up!

One of my old receivers is going strong and can route music from turntable, tape player, and CD drive tied to the computer through some decent speakers I found at a thrift.

Alas, the actually 'better' one now refuses to give anything from AM or FM but a hum, even with a new antenna hooked up. I might get a friend to diagnose it. If it's not something we can tamper with then perhaps it will wind up on Ebay for 'parts or repair'. I knew there was a reason I was keeping old slabs of styrofoam that the workbench kit was packed in, they are perfect for that sort of thing.

It was a good day to order supplements online, my supplies are low and anything that will help with immunity is well worth fooling with.
