From Linn's link above:
Timothy Radford of Woods Hole died on January 10, 2026 at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford. He was 79.

Born in Totton, Hampshire, England, to Sydney and Bertha (Humby) Radford, he attended primary and secondary school in Hampshire County before apprenticing as a sheet metal worker for a fire engine manufacturer. After marrying and moving to North Oxfordshire, he worked for the Oxfordshire County Council, before being engaged as a Systems Analyst for General Foods (now Mondelez) in the town of Banbury.

His hobbies were his greatest passions: traditional songs from Hampshire and Morris dances of the Cotswold region of England, where he settled. He was widely respected for reviving several Morris dance styles in the villages where they had died out over a century ago, and his children have carried the tradition forward. A passionate cook and a warm host, he enjoyed entertaining friends and loved ones, traveling, and Hook Norton best bitter. He was a loyal fan of Southampton Football Club.

He leaves his wife, Jan Elliott, of Falmouth; his sister Nicky Tongs, of Hythe, Hampshire; his children, Cat Radford of Totnes, Devon and Mikey Radford of Adderbury, Oxfordshire; his grandchildren Evie, Emory, Florrie and Arthur; and his niece, nephew, grand-nephews and great-grand-nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Anne (Pitt) Radford.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
