We have a new company picking up trash now, on a new schedule, and are figuring out the timing. I missed it this morning, but since I am at a three-way street intersection, I can sometimes remedy having missed putting out the trash on time. They picked up my part of the block then turned left up the street that intersects, so I carried my trash to the curb at the house next door that is one house beyond that turn (and their part of the street will be collected on the return trip around the block). Whew!

I've put my regular week's activities mostly on hold (except the hair appointment that is sacrosanct) because I think I'll be starting a crash course in running the new version of the website. It's "hurry up and wait" with these guys, though, so who knows when the call or email will come.

I am keeping up with my goal to list at least one item a day for sale, and while some appear to be duds and will be pulled, they'll still leave the house and go on Freecycle or to Goodwill. Two or three will go up today after photographing and packing to ship. I can see a difference even after just three weeks of this diligent plan.
