I looked up "25A" and the first reference was to "Regulation 25A of the UK Building Regulations (energy efficiency)" , so it can't be that. There was a reference to the VC-25A aircraft, also known as Air Force One, which is a more likely connection but, even so:

    Air Force One, the sooner the better!

doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.
