We obviously have a different view on what constitutes ‘difficult’ Doug. If I find myself not understanding a colloquialism in someone’s post, I rather enjoy the process of finding the meaning and, in so doing, expanding my own knowledge a little. Twenty seconds or so with my preferred search-engine usually sorts it out for me, without this kind of to-ing and fro-ing and attempting to score points. It’s completely unnecessary, and adds nothing to the discussion on the thread.
