I did look it up, as I said upthread. I got half a dozen references, none of which related to the subject in question, which is why I axked you for an explanation.
Invoke the 25th Amendment, and you get Vance.
If Trump gets removed because of his unreasonable behaviour, Vance couldn't carry on in the same vein witnout risking being removed himself, in turn. I'd go with Vance over what we have now.
