Have I mentioned that in 1986 President Ronald Reagan, who preceded Trump as the conservative cynosure, proclaimed amnesty for all undocumented migrants of good moral character who had resided in the U.S. for five years without being charged with any offense?

I've yet to hear anybody bring this up on TV. Why not?
