The only phenomenological seeming quantum event that I saw with my eyes, with a witness, was the burrowing of two nebulous balls of light that could pass through brick walls. I reached out to touch the surface but was scared to plunge my finger in futher.
Other high-strangeness events I have determined to be extreme electrodynamic events. One was a large cylinder at 40,000 ft that went from horizon to horizon in a second and a half. The other one was up close so I could feel and 'hear' in my bomes a electro throbbing. That too was with a witness.
A French experiment with balls of oil droplets on a vibrating membrane has mimicked quantum movement in pilot waves and double slit diffraction patterns. Sometimes soundwaves behave in quantum ways.
