Don't worry about a quantum AI revolution. They are good at solving theorems or protein folding but the universe has problems that are not well defined, be it a big bang or gravity within a black hole. The theory of everything is not a computational problem.

Too bad we just can't ask a galactic federation for a solution to the TOE, if there is one.
