If 'none of us has access to the answer' then it is hardly a rhetorical question. The 'rhetorical question' is normally taken as being one where the answer is so obvious that the question is just another way of making the point.
e.g. "Does the Pope wear a pointy hat?"
"Do bears shit in the woods?"
