I've taken time to read a small paperback (which I seem to have inherited) called The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States, which has an introduction by Pauline Maier. Most enlightening. I hereby use the only four-letter word I know with six syllables to describe what the Offender-in-Chief has been doing:

UNCONSTITUTIONAL

What's more, the Supreme Court (by six votes to three) has agreed with me: tarrifs are a tax, and only Congress can raise taxes. Surprise: as a dog returneth unto his vomit, the pillock immediately calls a press conference to double down on the offence. Verily, verily, I say unto you, the poor oik is ineducable.
