The problem I see is that we as a nation and people have wide views on issues and parliament is often happy to ignore and go along with the status quo like an oil tanker at sea takes a long tie to turn round

Assisted dying imv ignores what does happen

The people are fickle and are duped by individuals promising what THEY cannot provide ~ in many cases "I would n't start from here" ~ nowt in the coffers

We (Uk) have pinched from one budget to fulfil others I suspect many times and our defence budget and ability lacks the hardware if not the armed forces

UK re joining EU would be like rattling a hornets nest with a new set of problems ~ is it worth it?

The devolved Govt issue is like LAs and monies available ~ working to budgets often means that some deserving cases lose out ~ not a good idea then is it?
