Thanks Kitty for this account. I so wish I could've attended, but my poor state of health still doesn't permit me to travel.

Thankfully however, I was able to watch the memorial service online. I was very moved, as George's presence could be felt throughout, both in the uniquely "personal" touch to the contributions including the ideal choice of music.
Btw, can anyone identify the gorgeous, haunting piece (presumably traditional Greek) that was played at the start?
