"Should the water industry be reformed or nationalised?"

This s a scandal and from the CEO's rather large PAY to the payment of share dividends over many years ~ resulting sewage unacceptable levels, sea and river pollution, payments to shareholders when the primary purpose of sewage and clean water is NOT been fulfilled

Nationalisation means taxpayers funds used to START the many years remedial work

I do NOT agree with NATIONALISATION ~this means the Tories have got away with their ruse capitalist have won ~ NO make the model work and STOP fining ~ direct action against the directors is needed a re structuring of the Company/ies is needed ~ the attracting of share finance will be badly affected ~ But NOT through taxation ~
